Dewey Lateral letter 2019-02-22

We had a great summer, lots of water. In many cases with our improved ditches,
 we had more than ever. We still have more gates, and more pipes to put in.
We need to fix where the water first crosses Robinson, the cement is breaking up. 
We have more work on the north end. We need to still replace the plugged pipe next to 
Tony since we are using a temp ditch. We still need dirt on several places we have put
pipe in. I'm sure I have missed several other projects needing done.

We would like to have a meeting March 16th at 9am.
It will be at 6100 E Victory Rd, Nampa in the big red barn, same as last year.

Topics for discussion:
Voting on board members.
Selecting two clean up days, probably April 6th and 13th.
Where the money was spent last year.
Discussing work to be done this year.
Should use a camera on Buds ditch.
Fix box where it crosses Robinson
Fix where it splits for Howard and Joe Might be fixed.
Fix plugged pipe on old freeze property.
Fix pipe on Gary where it can’t handle water flow.

Account Balance of $1330.28
We discussed at our last meeting, sending out a bill for irrigation fees much earlier.
So this will include a fees sheet for each property. 

Fees are still $30 an acre. No-help Cleanup fees are still $40. 

Fees are due no later than May 1st. 
We would like them as early as possible, this way we can start buying the
supplies required to continue the repairs needed on the lateral.
